Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods — without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a statement to our email address: info@woodito.eu. You may use the template below, but it is not mandatory.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
  • After receiving your withdrawal statement, we will contact you and provide the return address and further instructions.
  • The product must be sent back within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount (including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest one) within 14 days to the same account/payment method used for the original order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and offer a solution.

Warranty Claims (Rękojmia)

Under Polish law, the seller is liable for physical and legal defects of the product for 2 years from the date of delivery. If you discover a defect, please contact us at info@woodito.eu with a description and photos.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's individual specifications (personalization).
