Terms of service

§1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Woodito online store available at woodito.eu.

Seller: Aliaksandr Shlakunou, conducting business under the name Aliaksandr Shlakunou (trade name: Woodito), ul. Rajska 5/95, 02-654 Warsaw, NIP: 5214147370, REGON: 543692109, email: info@woodito.eu.

The store sells wooden educational toys by BiziToys online.

§2. Definitions

  • Customer — a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit that places an order in the Store.
  • Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  • Product — an item presented in the Store, intended for sale.
  • Order — the Customer's declaration of intent to conclude a sales agreement for the Product.

§3. Ordering Conditions

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. To place an order, add a Product to the cart, choose the delivery and payment method, provide shipping details, and confirm the order.
  3. The sales agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order (confirmation email).
  4. Prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including 23% VAT).

§4. Payments

The Store accepts the following payment methods:

  • Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • Shopify Payments
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe. The Seller does not store payment card data.

§5. Delivery

  1. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  2. Standard delivery times:
    • Poland: 1–3 business days (courier / InPost Parcel Locker)
    • Europe (EU): 3–7 business days
    • Rest of the world: up to 10 business days
  3. Delivery costs are calculated automatically in the cart and depend on the chosen method and delivery destination.
  4. After the order is shipped, the Customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

§6. Right of Withdrawal

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing a reason (Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act).
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a statement to: info@woodito.eu.
  3. Details of the return procedure are described in the Return Policy.

§7. Warranty Claims (Rękojmia)

  1. The Seller is liable under warranty for physical and legal defects of the Product for 2 years from the date of delivery to the Consumer.
  2. Claims should be submitted by email to: info@woodito.eu, including a description of the defect and photos.
  3. The Seller will process the claim within 14 days of receipt.

§8. Personal Data Protection

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.

§9. Final Provisions

  1. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms. Customers will be informed of changes on the Store's website.
  3. These Terms come into effect on March 1, 2026.
